About the Role:Join KC Flow Heroes LLC as a CSR, where you'll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building positive relationships between a company and its clients. A CSR is a professional who interacts with customers to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services also schedule appointments & dispatch the techs. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch services in the Kansas City Metro while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, making out going calls, emails, or messages from customers
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot problems
- Coordinating delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in company systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
Skills and Qualifications:- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Patience and a positive, professional attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:Customer Service Representative will work on site, in the office. The shift is Monday - Friday 7 am - 3 pm
