Location: 615 Westport Parkway, Suite 200, Grapevine, TX 76051

Duration: 14 weeks

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Days Off: One weekday off

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative II provides excellent customer service by assisting customers, business partners, and drivers. This role involves answering questions, resolving issues, tracking deliveries, and ensuring customer commitments are met.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, comfortable multitasking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email.

• Handle customer complaints professionally.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.

• Monitor delivery routes and track progress.

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.

• Process delivery order changes and cancellations.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar role.

• Experience answering customer inquiries and resolving problems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous call center experience.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other business applications.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service.
