We are looking for experienced and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who speak French or Spanish for a temp-to-hire position in Greensboro, NC!
**Must also be fluent in English-computer assessments will be given!**
$16/hr ($15/hr if not bilingual!)
Temp to Hire!
10:30am to 7:30pm/Monday-Friday

Job Requirements:- Customer Service Rep will Handle incoming customer service calls
- CSR will Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
- Customer Service Rep will Accept customer calls and return customer
- CSR will Maintain customer service-related information for customer accounts
- Customer Service Rep will Ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction
- CSR will Maintain customer service voicemail and return customer calls
- Customer Service Rep will Provide customers with superior customer service
- CSR will Provide customer service for internal customers
- Customer Service Rep will Capturing customer information and answering customer inquiries
- CSR will Resolve inbound customer calls regarding account
- Customer Service Rep will Take customer orders and provide high-quality customer service
- CSR will Make outgoing customer service calls
- Customer Service Rep will Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service
- CSR will Resolve any customer service issues
- Customer Service Rep will be providing excellent customer service
- CSR will perform other call center and customer service duties as needed
