Customer Service Representative needed for a growing manufacturing company in Greensboro! This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent customer support. Job details: Temporary role for 6 months $24-26/hr MUST have Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment First shift In office position- no remote work
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients
- Manage orders, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely manner
- Enter and maintain accurate data within internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to complete daily tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
- Manufacturing experience required
- Ability to work a consistent schedule of 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, CRM, or Salesforce preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
