We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative job in High Point, NC! This is a temp to hire, fully on-site role. In this role, you are responsible for helping customers by phone, answering questions, scheduling service appointments, processing payments, and resolving service-related issues. This role works closely with technicians to ensure customers receive timely and effective support.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and return voicemails.
Respond to questions about services, warranties, and repairs.
Schedule repair and maintenance appointments.
Troubleshoot basic customer issues and outages.
Process customer payments and update account information.
Document customer concerns and service requests accurately.
Assist with generator monitoring and data entry.
Contact customers regarding past-due service balances.
Communicate with customers and technicians through phone, email, and work orders.
Requirements
Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
At least 2 years of customer service experience required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software.
Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
