We're hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the first friendly voice our clients hear.

At Kinard Animal Hospital, we've been serving the pets of Greenwood, SC for over 50 years. What You'll Help Make Possible

• Clients who feel welcomed and unrushed from the first phone call to checkout
• A well-organized schedule that keeps appointments running on time
• A calm, friendly lobby, even when the phones won't stop ringing
• Pet parents who leave feeling informed and confident, especially on hard days
• A medical team free to focus on patients because the front of house is handled

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary setting
• Availability for 9-hour day shifts
• Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and scheduling or practice-management software

Preferred:

• A warm, upbeat presence with clients and teammates
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Calm and kind when pet parents are stressed or worried
• A sense of humor, and a real enjoyment of working with people and pets

Schedule

• Full-time, Day shift
• 9-hour shifts
• No weekends
• No holiday shifts required

Compensation

Compensation for this role ranges from $15.50 to $17.00 per hour, based on experience and role alignment.
