About the Role:Allstate Insurance Agency - Glen Liuzza is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gretna, LA! In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our agency, helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence and care. Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, and coverage changes
- Process insurance policy updates, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate Allstate insurance products and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate client records and document all interactions in the agency management system
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, quotes, and lead management
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field
- Active Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn agency management software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
