CUSTOMER SERVICE / INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Permanent)
Our client, a local insurance company in WNY, is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate that offers tremendous opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Sell and service a full range of life, disability, personal, and commercial insurance products
- Help clients make informed decisions by identifying coverage options that align with their goals
- Attend regular sales and training meetings to build expertise and stay informed on market developments
- Partner with knowledgeable team members across departments to provide comprehensive customer support
- Grow your product knowledge, sales skills, and professional confidence with ongoing team guidance and support
- Work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is full-time, direct hire
- 100% in-office for initial training period; hybrid schedule to follow
- M-F 8:30 – 5:00, flexible after training
- $20.00 - $25.00 / hour base pay depending on experience; monthly bonuses
- Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, Paid Holidays (eligible after 45 days of employment)
- Experience in a Customer Service role; insurance experience preferable
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Relocation not available
