Customer Service Representative - Team Store Sales

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our apparel team. This position works closely with customers, sales, production, and shipping to help ensure orders are accurate, completed on time, and delivered with excellent service.


Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and in person
  
  
• Assist customers with order status, product information, sizing, pricing, and delivery questions
  
  
• Enter and update customer orders accurately
  
  
• Review orders for correct quantities, sizes, colors, artwork information, and deadlines
  
  
• Coordinate with sales, art, production, and shipping departments
  
  
• Provide customers with updates on order progress and expected completion dates
  
  
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
  
  
• Process order changes, returns, and other customer requests
  
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and order notes
  
  
• Assist with customer pickups and completed orders
  
  
• Follow up with customers when additional information or approvals are needed
  
  
• Help maintain a positive customer experience from order placement through delivery
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
  
  
• Apparel, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, or production experience is a plus
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
  
• Organized and able to manage multiple orders and deadlines
  
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
  
  
• Ability to work effectively with customers and internal departments
  
  
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
