Customer Service Representative I

Overview:

 

Salary Range: Min: $23.26 Mid: $28.03 Max: $32.79

Shift: 8am-5:30pm Mon-Thurs, and Friday 7:30am-3:30pm

Responsibilities:

 

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing prompt, professional support through phone and email.
• Process parts, warranty, and replacement orders while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and help customers navigate solutions when issues arise.
• Partner with internal teams to communicate customer feedback, product concerns, and quality-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and data within our ERP system (Syteline).
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by supporting quality initiatives and ISO 9001 standards.
• Support front desk and customer communication activities as needed, helping create a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our company.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 0-2 years’ experience as a customer service representative.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A proactive, self-driven approach and a desire to make an impact.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Confidence navigating computer systems and learning new technologies.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the organization.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to following established quality standards and procedures.
• A positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the team.
