Customer Service Representative II
A growing, Colorado-based aerospace company is looking to add an experienced Customer Service Representative II to their team!
This company has been in business for over 40 years and specializes in supplying specialty tapes, engineered materials,and custom converting/packaging solutions for aerospace, defense, airline, and other highly regulated industries. Their customers often have complex specifications, certifications, and documentation requirements, making this a highly detail-oriented and process-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders from entry through completion
- Review customer requirements, specifications, contracts, and order documentation for accuracy
- Prepare certifications, labels, shipping paperwork, and production packets
- Communicate with customers regarding order updates, tracking, and account information via phone and email
- Utilize ERP systems, customer portals, and Microsoft Office tools to maintain accurate order records
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Flexible start time between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of customer service, order entry, or order management experience within manufacturing, aerospace, industrial distribution, medical device, or supply chain environments
- Experience reviewing detailed orders, specifications, contracts, or customer requirements
- ERP/CRM system experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, AS400, or similar)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Strong written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Compensation:
$26 – $32/hr. DOE
