Customer Service Representative

Location: East Dundee, IL (Moving to Elgin in January of 2027)

Compensation: $20-$25/hour, based on experience + Commission!

Schedule: 40+ hours weekly | Monday through Friday | 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

JNL Climate Control  is growing our team and looking for a personable, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with people and knows how to keep things moving in a busy service environment.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or client relations experience
• Experience in HVAC or any trade is a big plus
• Service coordination or dispatching experience is preferred
• Professional phone presence
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable adapting to last-minute scheduling changes
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a team
• Genuine commitment to providing an excellent client experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by phone and email
• Build positive relationships with new and existing clients
• Coordinate service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, service needs, and outstanding questions
• Update customer accounts, appointment details, and service information in company systems
• Communicate closely with technicians, sales representatives, and office team members
• Assist customers with questions and work toward timely, professional resolutions
• Adjust schedules as priorities change and help keep daily operations running smoothly
• Deliver a consistently friendly and professional customer experience
