About the Position:

Sealing Agents Waterproofing, Inc. is a growing residential construction subcontractor specializing in waterproofing and material spreading services throughout the Southeast.

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our corporate office in Indian Trail, NC.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position supports customers, sales representatives, and production teams while helping ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service.
• Process warranty renewals and assist with product sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Schedule appointments and route calls appropriately.
• Perform data entry, order processing, and general administrative tasks.
• Assist managers, sales representatives, and production teams with daily requests.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Dependable, resourceful, and team-oriented.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
