Customer Service Representative
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers and internal teams. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for order processing, customer inquiries, and service coordination while helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer service inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Process and track customer orders accurately
- Assist with invoicing, billing questions, and order status updates
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain accurate customer records in company systems
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Customer service or administrative experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
