Role Summary
Customer Service Rep responsible for order processing, customer inquiries, and clerical support for product orders, billing, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders, quotes, returns, invoices, and shipping documents
- Handle customer inquiries (phone/email) and provide product/pricing info
- Manage purchase orders, billing coordination, and inventory restock
- Prepare pricing proposals and sales reports
- Maintain contracts and communicate pricing updates
- Support emergency orders and documentation accuracy
Must-Have Skills
- Customer service / call handling experience
- Strong communication (verbal & written)
