Customer Service Representative for Jostens Kinderkraft

Location: Sedalia, Missouri

Jostens Kinderkraft has everything to make graduation day special for graduates of Preschool, Kindergarten and Elementary schools. This position supports the sale and ordering process of graduation caps, gowns, certificates and diplomas, sashes, tassels done by preschools, schools and parents. Job Responsibilities

• Provide front line support in answering customer questions over the telephone for Kinderkraft products

• Initiate product orders

• Monitor orders in progress to ensure on time delivery

• Maintain and enhance knowledge of production capabilities in order to understand when job requests must be expedited

• Work with other internal facilities for order fulfillment

• Work with external vendors for inventory control

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 or more years customer service experience
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Solid cash handling and math skills for estimating
• Working knowledge of full MS Office suite
• Pleasant and professional telephone presence
