Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems

Qualifications:
