Clayton Services is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join a thriving company in Kingwood, Texas . The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to prospective vendors.

- Work through a list of leads and make outbound phone calls to gauge interest in services
- Maintain professional and polite phone etiquette
- Take accurate notes and information regarding the details of the calls
- Answer any questions to the best of your ability
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional and dependable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Previous experience making outbound phone calls is highly desired
- High school diploma required
