Customer Service Representative

Pride Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our client's healthcare facility in Las Vegas, NV.

Schedule:  Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks (possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $12/hour to $15/hour* 
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Duties: 

• Welcome patients, provide directions, escort them to waiting areas, and ensure a friendly and comfortable clinic experience.

• Support patient experience training, explain CAHPS surveys, and help clinic staff improve service quality.

• Monitor patient feedback and clinic/provider scorecards, communicate progress toward satisfaction goals, and escalate service concerns.

Requirements: 

• Education: High School 
• Years of experience: 1 year of experience
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: 

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude.

• Basic computer and training technology skills; ability to work independently and adapt to multiple clinic locations.

• Must complete company orientation and C-I-CARE training; bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.
