Customer Service Representative

Location: Lewisville, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $13.50/hour during training; $15.00/hour upon permanent hire with the client

•Training schedule: Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM; Regular shift: Mon–Sat 10AM–7PM or until the queue is clear

 - You will always be off on Sunday and one additional weekday

 - This position offers plenty of opportunities for overtime to boost your paycheck!

ROLE IMPACT

As the first point of contact for customers needing support with garage door systems and wireless device programming, this role ensures quick, accurate, and friendly assistance. You’ll help maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving issues and guiding callers to the appropriate solutions. Strong performance leads to internal advancement in a company that exclusively promotes from within.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to inbound calls for product programming and support

• Route customers to appropriate teams or service providers

• Explain warranty terms and coordinate referrals to local dealers

• Document each interaction accurately in the system

• Manage follow-up questions via phone and email

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year of Customer service experience with a focus on service-oriented interactions

• Good job stability (a minimum of 1 year at your most recent role)

• Must live within a 25 mile radius of Lewisville, TX 75067  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Inbound phone systems

• Email platforms for customer service

• Internal CRM and documentation software

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Call center experience

• Bilingual: English and Spanish

• Technical product or mechanical system support
