Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Livermore. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and recommending preventative maintenance solutions that support their business operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excels at providing exceptional customer service while supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate preventative maintenance programs and service solutions.
• Prepare accurate and professional service quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on quotes and service opportunities to support revenue growth.
• Maintain and update a current quote log and related sales documentation.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to support daily operations and customer requests.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and successful service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and service process.
