Job Summary
Prime candidates at ALFA INSURANCE - DOUG BLEVINS AGENCY & ASSOCIATES are team players that take exceptional pride in the company they represent, the products they sell and in providing superior, concierge customer service. They assist the agency in performing sales and clerical function necessary to write and service our existing customers as well as striving to increase business.
Many Alfa insurance agents are independent contractors. These agents are not employees of Alfa Insurance. Staff for independent contractor agents will be employees of the agent, Doug Blevins and not Alfa Insurance. This role at our agency would consist of answering phones, administrative tasks, assisting clients, insuring client relationships are handled to our standard, strengthening client relationships, etc. More information on our award winning agency and team can be found at www.DougBlevinsAgency.com
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with policy holders and handle their accounts with our white glove, concierge type fashion.
- Service to customers includes strong communication skills on multiple platforms, conflict resolutions skills, ability to quickly learn new computer programs and processes. Proficient at adapting to a constantly changing, extremely fast-paced environment.
- Provide support to the agent, agency and policy holders as needed.
- Strengthen agency culture and grow to talk on more responsibilities.
- Ensure effective operation of the agency including but not limited to: customer service, attention to detail, making the office run more efficiently.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to attain Insurance property and casualty license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have an aptitude for learning new programs and procedures
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
