What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:- Perform accurate and timely data entry using IQMS software
- Verify and update records to ensure accuracy
- Support internal teams with entry-related tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
- Follow company procedures and policies
What You Need to Bring to the Customer Service Representative Role:- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to learn and work within IQMS; training is provided
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in a structured environment
