Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representatives to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, accounts, and program eligibility.
2. Process customer requests, update account information, and maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
3. Resolve customer concerns while ensuring compliance with quality, confidentiality, and service standards.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and deliver exceptional service in a high-volume environment.
