Job Overview
This is a fully onsite, temporary opportunity with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs. This role is ideal for candidates with call center, customer service, or healthcare experience looking to build valuable experience.
Additional Details
- Location: Albuquerque, NM (Fully Onsite)
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
- Training: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM MST, 3 weeks
- Production: 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM MST
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, possible weekends
- Temporary assignment, approximately 3 months, with potential to extend
- Must have cleared criminal background to start; no drug screening required
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting customers with questions related to services and transactions
- Provide accurate information using scripts, tools, and established procedures
- Document customer interactions and update internal systems
- Determine when to resolve, transfer, or escalate calls
- Deliver professional, timely, and accurate customer support
- Execute routine inbound and outbound call center activities concerning business products/services, using a standard script and established guidelines
- Assess and resolve customer inquiries and issues regarding products or services
- Update database with necessary information from customer interactions
- Seek help and escalate to a more senior role when necessary
Qualifications
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Medicaid or healthcare experience is a plus, not required
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Ability to follow processes and work in a structured environment
