Allstate Insurance Agency - Terrie Greene is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Assist customers with policy questions, billing issues, and coverage updates
• Process policy changes, renewals, and new customer onboarding
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Allstate insurance products and services
• Maintain accurate client records and document interactions in the agency management system
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Support agents with administrative tasks and daily office operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of customer service, sales, or insurance industry experience
• Active Arizona Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn agency management software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a busy office environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
