Job Description/Responsibilities:
  1. Interact with customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards.
  2. Ensure documents are timely sent to customers or internal team for customs purposes.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the operating system.
  4. Track and trace Import files as required.
  5. Always comply with internal policies and procedures and external government regulations or customer’s policies / requirements.
  6. Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.
 
Qualifications:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  2. Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  3. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively
  4. Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization
  5. Professional appearance and demeanor
  6. Bilingual in English and Spanish
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Job Details:
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $19.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
  • Work Location: Doral, Florida
