Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Employment Type: Full Time

Industry: Manufacturing & Distribution

Schedule: 7 AM to 4:30 PM

Job-site: Miami Gardens, FL

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative provides support/service for all customers via phone, email, or fax. The job provides world class customer service in all interactions. The successful individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to perform accurate data entry.

KPIs

  • 60-80 calls per day, call center setting about 40 employees in the room, They are looking for more of an account manager someone that cares about customers, and goes above and beyond for them.
  • Also in the future this position will become hybrid or remote.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally
  • Accurately input information into various fields
  • Maintain CRM database with customer and prospect information
  • Maintain an order batch
  • Responsible for the life of an order that is assigned from processing to following up, if required
  • Follow up as necessary on orders to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Verify Items and customer's information entered accurately
  • Follow up on pending payments and process payments

Job Requirements

  • Tile experience a plus
  • Bilingual a plus, l Must be technically proficient
  • Excellent English, bilingual not required
  • Must be sharp and have previous customer service experience, not from a call center.
  • Must be software heavy
  • Customer building experience
  • Needs to be personable, professional, clear and concise communicator, and able to pick up on software and process training,
  • Must be flexible to work their 8 hour shift any time between 8 am and 8 pm.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred
  • Communication and Organizational skills (English/Spanish a plus)
  • 1 year of previous customer services/call center experience.
  • Customer service, email, and telephone etiquette are a must.
  • Must be computer literate with data entry skills.
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge on Microsoft office: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to navigate through multiple programs as well as reading and comprehending various customer care service tools.
  • Previous knowledge navigating Great Plains (GP) a plus
