Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative provides support/service for all customers via phone, email, or fax. The job provides world class customer service in all interactions. The successful individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to perform accurate data entry.
KPIs
- 60-80 calls per day, call center setting about 40 employees in the room, They are looking for more of an account manager someone that cares about customers, and goes above and beyond for them.
- Also in the future this position will become hybrid or remote.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally
- Accurately input information into various fields
- Maintain CRM database with customer and prospect information
- Maintain an order batch
- Responsible for the life of an order that is assigned from processing to following up, if required
- Follow up as necessary on orders to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner
- Verify Items and customer’s information entered accurately
- Follow up on pending payments and process payments
