Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temporary contract opportunity in Miami, FL. This onsite role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing accurate information in a fast-paced support environment.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product questions, order processing, exchanges, returns, shipping updates, and issue resolution. This position offers steady long-term assignment potential through September 2026, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to build valuable experience in customer support, client care, order management, and customer relationship management.
The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable using technology throughout the day. You will work with a collaborative team and supportive leadership focused on service quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner.
- Educate customers on products, specifications, availability, order status, and general information.
- Process customer orders, exchanges, returns, and related transactions accurately using internal systems.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to orders, products, sizing, shipping, and account matters.
- Document customer feedback regarding products, website functionality, and overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with management and internal teams to identify trends, improve processes, and support customer satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $18.00 to $18.50 per hour.
- Employment type: Temporary contract assignment through September 2026, with a slight possibility of permanent hire based on business needs and performance.
- Location: Onsite in Miami, FL.
- Schedule options: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Schedules may vary slightly depending on employee break and lunch periods.
- Additional perk: $100 monthly laptop stipend, as employees will use their own laptop for work purposes.
