Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Customer Service Representative in Middletown, NY!  

 

Pay rate: $20.06/hr.

Shift availability:  Mon – Sun, must have open availability between 9a-9p Training: Mon – Fri, 8a-4p

Length: 3+ months with potential of extension/conversion based on business needs

Our ideal candidate for this Customer Service Representative must have/must be able to:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls

• Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify underlying issues

• Gather appropriate data

• Research and analysis

• Proactively contact external resources as needed to address callers questions/issues

 

Education/Certification Requirements:           

• High School Diploma or GED  

 

Experience requirements for this Customer Service Representative:         

• 1+ years of Customer service/call center experience

• Proficient with MS Office Suite

• Excellent communication skills

• Healthcare experience preferred

Pay Details: $20.06 per hour
