As a Metro Mobility Demand Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for clients, handling phone calls, booking and canceling rides, providing ETAs, and informing customers about policies.
We offer two on-site shifts: Wednesday–Saturday from 7:00AM-5:00PM or 6:00AM-4:00PM at $18.00/hour, and Friday–Monday from 7:00AM-5:00PM at $18.25/hour.
Qualifications include a clean criminal record, strong communication and computer skills, customer service experience a plus, and familiarity with the Twin Cities area.
