Good with people? North Rising Star is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Minneapolis team.


This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for people who enjoy interacting with others and want to build experience in a busy, team-focused environment.


Full training is provided, so we're interested in what you can bring to the role - not simply how much experience is already on your résumé.


The Opportunity


As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers at retail and event locations across the Minneapolis area.


You'll help create a positive customer experience by:

•  Engaging with customers face-to-face 
•  Introducing current campaigns and providing relevant information 
•  Answering questions and helping customers understand their options 
•  Identifying interest and supporting the sales process 
•  Building rapport with a wide range of people 
•  Contributing toward individual and team goals
