Customer Service Representative

Our rapidly growing insurance agency is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking an energetic professional interested in helping our agency grow through value-based conversations and excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Include but not limited to - Build and maintain customer relationships, offer additional policies to our clients that fit their needs , respond to inquiries, review customer policies for proper coverages.

Requirements - Obtain a Property & Casualty License within 60 days of hire date (we will help with this). Excels at multi-tasking, follow-thru and follow-up. Great Customer Service Skills. Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations. Experience in sales, service industry or retail is a plus.
