We are seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Current shifts available include various weekday schedules with pay ranging from $20-$22 per hour.
About the Role:
Answer calls professionally, schedule appointments, assist customers with questions, communicate with technicians, troubleshoot issues, follow up post-service, handle administrative tasks, and resolve escalated concerns.
Qualifications: Prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, multitasking ability, basic computer skills, positive attitude, and high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with home services is a bonus.
