Customer Service Representative – Stone & Quartz SlabsNashville, TN | Full-Time, On-Site (Monday–Friday) | $21–$23/hour base ($43,680–$47,840/year) + monthly commission

Our Nashville branch is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to be the friendly, knowledgeable face behind every slab order. Fabricators, contractors, designers, and homeowners come to us to find the perfect natural stone and quartz, and you’ll be the one who guides them from first quote to pickup or delivery.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in getting the details right, and likes seeing a project come together.

A Day in Your Shoes -

• Greet customers in our showroom and slab yard, and answer their calls and emails
• Put together accurate quotes and enter sales orders in our ERP system
• Check slab inventory and set up holds and reservations, keeping track of lots and bundles
• Follow up on open quotes and turn them into orders
• Solve problems like damaged slabs, shade or lot mismatches, returns, and credits, so customers feel taken care of
• Process payments and credit applications and keep customer accounts up to date

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have -

• 2+ years as a CSR or inside sales rep at a stone distributor, countertop fabricator, or tile/stone supplier
• Working knowledge of granite, marble, quartzite, quartz, and porcelain slabs (sizes, finishes, lots)
• Experience with an order-entry or ERP system (StoneProfits or Moraware is a plus)
• A clear, professional, and friendly communication style by phone, email, and in person
• A sharp eye for numbers, pricing, and order details
• A high school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual in English and Spanish? That’s a big plus for us.
