We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as the liaison between our customers, sales, and operations teams. You'll be the front line for delivering responsive, high-quality service and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Manage inbound calls, emails, and order requests
Process orders and coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams
Resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
Support the sales team with product and order information
2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in nutraceuticals or CPG
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with order management systems and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
