Employees should have a high level of knowledge regarding all areas of investigation, collateral recovery, and customer service. Employees are expected to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients, have a passion for the business, and be willing to go the extra mile for our clients!/ph3Qualifications/h3p- Must be at least 20 years old./pp- You should have experience utilizing Re-Pros software and/or other repossessions software management products./pp- Have experience in customer service, skip-tracing services, investigations or account services. With knowledge of the repossession process and the complexities involve in it./pp- Be proficient in computer software applications such as Internet Explorer, Groupwise, and Microsoft Word and Excel./pp- Have the ability to multi-task and deal with accounts appropriately in a high-stress environment - including updating, receiving, assigning, organizing, follow up./pp- Be team task oriented and skilled at time management./pp- Understand and be able to follow the laws and regulations that govern the asset recovery profession./pp- Be able to answer calls from clients and provide appropriate, professional, accurate and timely information./pp- Communicate professionally with clients to assist in the development of client relationships and new client development./pp- Be willing to work whatever hours needed when necessary./pp- Be willing to take and pass the Certified Asset Recovery Specialist (CARS) exam./p/div
