Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will support customers by phone, assisting them with account-related questions and exploring available solutions. This role requires handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls in a structured call center setting. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure employees feel confident navigating systems, understanding processes, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers
- Make outbound follow-up calls as needed
- Review customer information and provide clear, accurate guidance
- Enter and update account details within internal systems
- Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions
- Meet established productivity and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Dependable with strong attendance and communication skills
