As a Customer Service Representative, your day revolves around answering incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency. You'll provide clear and accurate information, troubleshoot concerns, and ensure each caller receives top-tier service. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will help create positive experiences while upholding our core values. By actively engaging in team meetings and sharing feedback, you'll contribute to continuous improvement and a stronger customer service experience.

Requirements:

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking is highly preferred.

• You should have an associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential.
