Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Type: 100% On-site
Schedule: First Shift - 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM
Pay rate: $19/-hr on W2.
Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely fulfilment and shipment.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, shipping, tracking, and other account-related questions.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues while maintaining accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Communicate with customers regarding backorders, special orders, drop shipments, returns, and other order-related matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and documentation related to customer orders, returns, and service issues.
• Provide administrative and customer service support to sales representatives and other internal teams.
• Inform customers about available products, services, programs, and cost-saving options when appropriate.
• Review and proofread customer-facing materials, catalogs, and other documents as needed.
• Process customer payments and credit card transactions in accordance with company policies and security requirements.
• Perform additional customer service, order processing, and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Education or GED is required
• 1-2 years of related experience in a customer service capacity
