Customer Service Representative – Open Enrollment 2027

Position Summary
This position will handle incoming calls from state employees and retirees regarding Open Enrollment 2027. The representative will provide customer service support, answer benefit-related questions, and assist callers with navigating the open enrollment process.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from state employees and retirees.
• Provide information related to Open Enrollment 2027.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional manner.
• Assist callers with understanding enrollment-related information and next steps.
• Document call information accurately as required.
• Escalate more complex questions or issues when appropriate.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.
• Ability to explain information clearly and professionally.

Preferred

• Previous open enrollment experience.
• Previous benefits experience.
