Position Overview
Bekuf is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily customer service operations. This position assists customers with order inquiries, shipment updates, delivery questions, and general service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Provide accurate updates on order status and shipment progress.
- Assist customers with order discrepancies, delivery concerns, and routine service requests.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations personnel to help resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain organized customer service records and documentation.
- Follow established procedures for handling inquiries and escalating unresolved concerns.
- Assist with routine administrative tasks related to customer service.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and data entry.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks.
- Professional attitude and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $18.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
