About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Pittsburgh-area employer to hire a Customer Service Representative for a contract assignment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with account questions, orders, billing concerns, and general requests.
• Resolve customer issues and provide timely follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems.
• Process transactions, orders, and service requests.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Meet service and productivity goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, administrative support, or office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
