Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their Pittsburgh branch on a short-term contract. This role supports a busy team that works with heavy equipment, cranes, and rigging products. You will be the friendly, reliable point of contact for customers, helping with quotes and day-to-day requests. The work is split between the office and the warehouse, so you will stay close to the products you are supporting.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer calls and emails with clear, timely answers

- Prepare and send quotes for equipment and related products

- Work through the current backlog of customer requests and open orders

- Partner with the branch manager and warehouse team to confirm product availability and details

- Keep customer records and documentation accurate and organized





Customer Service Representative Requirements:

- 3+ years of customer service experience

- Quoting experience

- Knowledge of heavy equipment, cranes, rigging, or industrial products

- Upbeat personality and strong communication skills

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
