Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-store and over the phone. You will work with a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customers have a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

• Answer customer inquiries over the phone and in-person

• Provide product information and assist customers with product selection
• 
  
• Process customer orders and returns
• 
  
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Work with team members to ensure that customer service goals are met

• Maintain a clean and organized customer service area
• 
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 
  
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• 
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• 
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• 
  

Salary and Benefits:

• This is a full-time position, Located in Port Charlotte, Florida with a daily shift from Monday to Friday. The salary for this position is $18.10-$19.70/ Hourly, depending on experience.
