Customer Service Representative

We are now hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced warehouse and logistics team. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and carriers while supporting daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Multiple shifts available

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, drivers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate appointments, dock schedules, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Process and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and transportation documentation.
• Manage driver check-in and check-out procedures.
• Communicate with customers and logistics partners to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Support daily warehouse operations while following company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Previous customer service, logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with WMS and/or AS400 systems preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.
