We're seeking a reliable, motivated individual who is a quick learner and thrives in a team-oriented environment.What You'll DoSchedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on location, skillset, route optimization, and job urgency.Manage incoming service requests from fleet customers via phone, email, and online platforms.Utilize Service Titan to track job progress, update work orders, order and receive inventory, and communicate with technicians in real time.Monitor job completion times and proactively address delays or issues.Maintain clear communication with fleet managers and customers, providing updates on service appointments.Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.Manage inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels by conducting regular physical counts; coordinate with vendors to purchase materials and maintain optimal inventory levels.Handle urgent scheduling adjustments and troubleshoot problems as they arise.Maintain close communication with leadership to resolve complex issues or seek assistance with scheduling to ensure business continuity.QualificationsPrevious dispatching experience in the auto‑glass, automotive, or service industry preferred but not needed.Proficiency in ServiceTitan or similar field service management software preferred but not needed.Strong multitasking and problem‑solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Customer service‑oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.Basic knowledge of auto‑glass repair is a plus but not required.Competitive pay and benefitsOpportunities for training and advancementSupportive team environmentWork that makes a real impact on safety and operations#J-18808-Ljbffr
