Piper Companies is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for an insurance and annuity company in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. This Customer Service Representative will communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and text. The Customer Service Representative is required to work on site 3 days a week from 9-6.
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative include:
- Manage client communications through phone, email, chat, and text with professionalism.
- Respond promptly to client needs, resolving issues fully and escalating only when necessary; follow up through completion.
- Process service requests such as withdrawals, surrenders, and ownership/beneficiary changes.
- Explain contract benefits and provide product and transaction information.
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative include:
- Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
- Onsite Hybrid 3 Days a week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Must have intermediate computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and communicate effectively
Compensation for the Customer Service Representative include:
- $20-$23 per hour
