Key Responsibilities
Gather information regarding client needs and preferences
Research available options and service.
Assist with booking and reservation requests.
Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and related arrangements.
Review booking information for accuracy.
Provide confirmations and important updates Assist with changes and special requests.
Maintain organized client and booking records Follow up when additional information is required.
Communicate professionally with clients and service providers Qualifications.
